Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

True Arris Ltd (“True Arris”, “we”, “our”) operates this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use it, and the choices you have. We act as the data controller under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR for information you submit to us through this site.

1. Data we collect

We only collect personal data you actively send us through the contact form on the home page. Depending on whether you submit an enquiry or book a call, this may include:

  • Full name
  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (call bookings only)
  • The topic you wish to discuss and the free-text message you send us
  • Preferred meeting slots (call bookings only)

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels on this site. We do not profile visitors. We do not build marketing audiences.

2. How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange the conversation you asked for, and follow up on the services or products you asked about. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering prospective and existing clients, and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

3. How it is transmitted

The contact form is delivered through Web3Forms, a third-party email-relay service that acts as a processor on our behalf. Web3Forms forwards your submission to admin@truearris.com and does not use the content for any other purpose. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS.

4. Where it is stored

Once we receive your message, it lives in our Google Workspace mailbox (admin@truearris.com). Google Workspace is our email and document processor, governed by Google’s Data Processing Addendum and standard contractual clauses for any cross-border transfers.

5. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as there is an active conversation or engagement, and for up to 24 months afterwards in case you come back to us. After that, it is deleted on our next scheduled mailbox clean-up. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will.

6. Your rights

Under UK/EU GDPR you have the right to:

  • Ask what data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Object to our processing of your data
  • Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Complain to your local supervisory authority — in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@truearris.com.

7. Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages visitors read and how they arrive at the site. Analytics only runs after you accept the cookie banner that appears on your first visit; if you reject (or simply close the browser), no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. Google Analytics 4 collects aggregated, IP-anonymised information — Google does not store full IP addresses by default. We do not run advertising pixels and do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

We also enable Google Signals within Google Analytics 4. With Google Signals on, Google may use cross-product identifiers it already holds (typically from your Google Account, if you are signed in to a Google service in the same browser) to:

  • Recognise that the same person visited the site on more than one device, so we see one journey rather than fragmented sessions
  • Provide aggregated demographic information (age bracket, gender, broad interest categories) — only as group-level statistics, never tied back to an identifiable individual on our side

You can opt out of Google Signals at any time from your Google Account settings under Data & privacy → Ads personalisation. Doing so blocks Google Signals while still letting standard Google Analytics run (if you accepted the banner). If you also want to block standard Google Analytics on this site, use the Cookie Preferences link below.

The processor is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. International transfers from the EEA / UK to the United States rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Our legal basis is your consent (PECR Reg. 6 + UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). GA data retention is set to 14 months.

Cookies set by this site (only after consent):

CookiePurposeLifetime
tr_consentRemembers your cookie banner choice (granted / denied) so we don’t ask again on every visit.12 months
_gaGoogle Analytics — distinguishes users.2 years
_ga_X4SQG0DFFXGoogle Analytics — session state for our property.2 years

You can change your decision at any time on the Cookie Preferences page. Withdrawing consent removes the analytics cookies on your next page load. Most browsers also let you clear cookies directly from their settings.

Your browser may store a small amount of technical data for audio playback state; this data never leaves your device.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when our processing or processors change. The date at the top of this page reflects the last revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for a reasonable period.
